Answer of question no. 13 is wrong.answer should be 1.Bone Agreement because there is no such agreement on environment.paris agreement is most important agreement related to global warming.

Bone agreement is not related to the environment and all other relates to the environment.

Paris agreement was regarding enviroment protection. Precisely it was regarding the rise in temperatures due to pollution, global warming and ozone layer depletion.
Where as Bonn agreement is regarding recreation of Afghanisthan following US invasions on Afghanisthan.
So the right answer for Q13 would be Bonn agreement as it does not deal with environmental issues.
