DMRC ranked No. 1 in ‘Information During Travel’ category: RTSC Survey
As per an international survey of Metro systems conducted by Railway and Transport Strategic Centre (RTSC), the Delhi Metro (DMRC) has been ranked as No. 1 in “information during travel” and securing a second position in “train cleanliness and comfort” index. The survey was conducted by RTSC, which manages the ‘NOVA’ and ‘CoMET’ benchmarking groups of Metro networks.
